Seeking an Experienced Real Estate Cold Caller
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced cold caller to join our team. Please apply only if you meet the following qualifications.

Key Qualifications:
Fluent, clear English: Strong, clear communication skills are essential.
Proven real estate cold calling experience: Minimum of 3 years experience specifically in real estate cold calling is required.
Exceptional sales ability: You must have strong sales skills and confidence on the phone to engage and build rapport with potential leads.
Ability to handle objections: Demonstrated expertise in overcoming objections and guiding conversations to uncover motivation and qualify leads.
Real estate knowledge: Familiarity with common terms, processes, and seller pain points (e.g., probate, liens, foreclosure, distressed properties).
Tech-savvy and organized: Must be proficient in navigating a CRM (Podio experience preferred), inputting lead information, and managing data efficiently.
Detail-oriented: Accurately gather and record information about seller motivation and motivated seller qualification.
Results-driven mindset: Proven ability to hit targets for lead generation and motivated seller qualification.

Technical Requirements
A computer with CPU Core i5 or equivalent/better and 8GB of RAM (or higher).
Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
A computer that is very proficient and capable of handling CRM systems, VoIP calling software, and other essential tools without lag or interruption.

Job Requirements
Availability to call 5 days a week, 4-8 hours per day.
Starting part time (20 hours/week) with potential to grow into full-time based on performance.
Confidence in your ability to hold meaningful, professional conversations and ask relevant real estate questions.
Ability to identify and qualify motivated seller leads with ease and accuracy.
Must work Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) hours for optimal contact time.

Be prepared to complete a short trial task or participation in a live demonstration to showcase your skills

Pay
$4-6/hour USD based on experience
We may add performance bonuses in the future based on lead quality and results
