Social Media Lead Gen. Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented VA to help with social media lead generation for my growing business.

You’ll be responsible for finding potential clients who match a specific profile, scraping their contact info, and inputting it into a Google Sheet.

If you’re organized, efficient, and know how to use Instagram/Tiktok like a pro, this is for you.

Responsibilities:
- Use social media to find qualified leads in specific niches
- Collect key data (name, handle, email, etc.)
- Fill out a provided Google Sheet with accuracy
- Work independently and meet daily lead goals (50/day to start)
- Report progress at the end of each shift

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of Instagram (search, filters, bios, etc.)
- Can follow instructions carefully and deliver accurate data
- Fast, efficient, and proactive
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Fluent in English (reading & writing)

Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in social media lead gen or outreach
- Knowledge of the online business/coaching space
- Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition

Hours:
Part-time: 15–20 hrs/week to start (flexible schedule, daily progress expected)
If performance is solid, more hours + bonuses available
