Client Engagement Sales Specialist

We’re building a small, high-performing team at New Avenue Realty...one of Chicago’s fastest-growing boutique real estate brokerages...Think you’d be a great fit as a Client Engagement Sales Specialist?

In this role, you’ll:

- Proactively reach out to qualified homeowners in our target markets

- Book, confirm, and ensure attendance for our seller consultations

- Coordinate follow-up and hand-off with our listing agents

- Help secure client testimonials after closing

We’re looking for someone self-motivated, an influencer who communicates clearly in English, and learns new processes quickly. You’ll join a supportive US-based team, enjoy dedicated training, and have the chance to accelerate your growth through performance-based incentives and regular reviews.
