I’m looking for a high-performance Executive Assistant who can take things off my plate so I can focus on high-leverage activities. This means you're not just scheduling calendars or sending reminders — you're a true operator who helps push projects forward.
You’ll be involved in:
? Affiliate & Partnership Outreach (DMs,
? Hiring & Screening (posting jobs, pre-interviewing, organizing candidates)
? Manual & Repetitive Tasks (list building, inbox cleanup, research, formatting, CRM updates)
? Random Fire-Drills (you'll hear “Can you handle this?” a lot)
? Organizing Chaos (I move fast — you'll need to turn loose ends into neat systems)
This is a 40-hour/week role at $2/hour — perfect for someone hungry to grow, learn, and build a long-term relationship as the backbone of a lean, fast-moving company.
