Culling and editing LR catalogs

I am looking for an editor to work with me on an ongoing basis editing catalogs in the field of weddings. The work requires culling color correction, brightness correction, cropping, and adding black and white to appropriate images. All weddings undergo basic editing in AI and require a review of everything to correct what needs to be corrected, cropping, and adding black and white. The work must be submitted promptly, so the finishing touches to the work are important.
