Dynamic Med is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with Personal Assistant skills to join our growing family practice clinic. This hybrid role combines financial management expertise with administrative support to help streamline our operations and support our mission of providing healthcare that feels like family.
#### Financial Management & Bookkeeping (60%)
- **Tebra Payment Processing**: Manage and reconcile all payments processed through Tebra practice management system in quickbooks and provide discrepancy reports
- **Deposit Categorization**: Accurately categorize and code all clinic deposits by insurance type, payment method, and service codes
- **Discrepancy Reporting**: Identify, document, and report payment discrepancies
- **Financial Reporting**: Generate monthly financial reports using Tebra's reporting features and "books
- **Budget Management**: Support the development and monitoring of clinic budgets and financial goals
- **Banking Coordination**: Manage daily deposits, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking
#### Personal Assistant & Administrative Support (40%)
- **File Organization**: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for patient records, business documents, and administrative files

- **Appointment Coordination**: Support scheduling and calendar management for clinic operations
- **Vendor Relations**: Coordinate with, billing companies, and other business partners
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed
- **Project Support**: Assist with special projects, audits, and compliance initiatives
- **Communication Hub**: Serve as liaison between clinic staff, and external partners when needed
### Required Qualifications
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years bookkeeping experience, preferably in healthcare
- **Tebra Proficiency**: Demonstrated experience with Tebra (formerly Kareo) payment processing and reporting features
- **HIPAA Compliance**: Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare privacy requirements
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities
- Experience with EHR/practice management systems
- Strong
- **Healthcare Knowledge**: Understanding of medical billing, insurance processes, and healthcare revenue cycles

### Preferred Qualifications

### HIPAA Compliance Requirements

### Working Conditions
- **Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

### Reporting Structure
Reports directly to: Shawntel Price, Nurse Practitioner & Clinic Owner
Collaborates with: Clinical staff (2 LPNs), receptionist, and part-time administrative helper
### Compliance & Legal Requirements
- **Background Check**: Must pass comprehensive background check
- **HIPAA Agreement**: Sign HIPAA Business Associate Agreement and confidentiality agreements
- **Ongoing Training**: Participate in regular compliance training and updates
- **Audit Participation**: Support internal and external audits as required
- **Policy Adherence**: Follow all clinic policies and procedures related to patient privacy and data security
