Video Editing for YouTube Videos

IMPORTANT - Only editors that share their top 3 YOUTUBE videos they're most proud of editing themselves will be considered.

Seeking experienced video editor for YouTube videos:
1. Long Form Horizontal Videos (10-15 minutes on average) - Will be used on YouTube
2. The niche is in real estate
3. Most of the videos will be submitted by my real estate agents (2-3 of them). So you'll be working with multiple real estate agent creators.
4. Per month, you'll be editing at MOST 12 long form videos for YouTube.
5. Need straight cuts and a high quality overlays, b-roll, possible animations, zoom in-out cuts to keep engagement
6. Video turnaround expectation is 48 hours (depending on length)

Style of Videos:
1. Talking head videos
2. Property tours
3. Interviews
