All-round Creative Graphic Designer for Craft Brand (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop)

Job Overview:
We're a small, creative brand that makes fun and educational craft kits - and we’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented All-round Creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. You'll help bring our product experiences to life through beautifully designed instruction booklets, edited video tutorials, packaging design, and AI-enhanced marketing content.
This is a great role for someone who is creative, highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and has basic video editing skills. You should also be interested in learning how to work with AI tools (such as image generation via ChatGPT and AI videos), as they play a key part in our creative process. Don't worry—we provide a step-by-step course to bring you up to speed on the AI tools we use!

Tasks You'll Help With:
• Designing instruction booklets using Adobe Illustrator
• Editing instruction and marketing videos (simple cuts, text overlays, etc.)
• Creating AI video ads (you'll use provided prompts, edit AI clips, and refine visuals)
• Retouching AI-generated images in Photoshop to ensure quality and accuracy
• Packaging design based on provided AI mock-ups
• Designing flyers, inserts, and other promotional materials
• Refining AI-generated design ideas into polished, professional final assets

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Rush, CapCut, or similar)
• A creative mindset and good eye for detail
• Interest in or experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and Kling (not required, but a big plus!)
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes (we’ll guide you!)
• Good communication and a positive, proactive attitude
