JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Apex Ecom, a fast-growing e-commerce company currently managing 37 Shopify stores. To support our rapid expansion and maintain exceptional service for our customers, we’re looking for a dedicated, experienced, and proactive Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will take full ownership of handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has worked in professional customer service roles, ideally in e-commerce, with direct responsibility for communication, problem-solving, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Responding to customer inquiries via Freshdesk in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving product or order-related issues efficiently while keeping customers informed and satisfied.
- Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documenting interactions.
- Collaborating with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to resolve escalations.
- Identifying recurring issues and providing feedback to improve processes.


What We’re Looking For:

- Must have hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Fluent in English — both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in customer service (Freshdesk experience preferred).
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong dedication to quality work.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday, around 40 hours per week.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 11:59 PM CET (you will work 8 hours within this window)
