ROLE SNAPSHOT
Join a purpose-led startup studio launching two new brands. You’ll own our GoHighLevel backend, build Shopify stores from scratch, and create AI-powered content to grow our social audience from 0 to 10k. You’ll work directly with the founder, learn a full agency tech stack, and help build systems that scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain advanced GoHighLevel funnels, workflows, email/SMS sequences, and CRM pipelines
• Integrate all GHL features: forms, calendars, automations, tagging, pipelines, and reporting
• Launch and manage Shopify stores with Dropified integration and supplier coordination
• Research winning products, create conversion-focused listings, and oversee fulfillment
• Generate branded social content using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Blotato) and Canva
• Schedule 10-15 posts weekly across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Set up and monitor Meta pixel, Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager
• Keep SOPs, Airtable boards, and documentation organized for team scaling
• Handle customer service inquiries and basic ad account management

MUST-HAVES
• 1-3 years hands-on GoHighLevel experience—able to build, link, and manage all core features (not just a casual user)
• Proven Shopify store management with examples of stores you’ve built or managed
• Fluent written English and proactive communication
• Experience creating social content using Canva and AI copy tools
• Able to work 40 hours per week, flexible schedule (Australian time zone overlap)
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at once

NICE-TO-HAVES
• GoHighLevel certification (or willingness to complete paid training)
• Meta Business Manager and Google Ads setup experience
• Google Tag Manager and GA4 event tracking
• Dropshipping or e-commerce fulfillment experience
• Familiarity with neurodiversity and inclusive marketing
• Experience with automation tools like ---------- or Zapier

COMPENSATION
PHP 45,000–65,000/month for 40 hours per week, plus quarterly performance bonuses. 100% remote, flexible hours, paid access to all tools, and professional development (including GHL certification). Clear path to Systems Lead role within 6–12 months.
