You'll be the invisible engine that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes — connecting tools, simplifying workflows, and making manual work disappear.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll design the operational brain of the business.
Your systems will power everything from lead capture to client delivery — with automation, clarity, and flow at every step.

Architect automation flows that reduce manual work and increase speed

Own our backend data in Supabase — clean, structured, and ready to power systems

Connect tools like WhatsApp, Stripe, Airtable, and CRMs into seamless workflows

Use n8n, Make, or Zapier to build smart automations — like auto-tagging leads, sending reminders, or triggering AI messages

Build lightweight dashboards and internal tools to give the team visibility and reduce bottlenecks

Integrate AI logic to make systems smarter — from auto-summaries to custom bots

You won’t just automate. You’ll design infrastructure that scales with us.
