Project-Based Video Editor (Youtube, Reels, Thumbnails,) — Flexible & Remote

We’re looking for a skilled and creative video editor to help us with project-based basic video editing for social media content. If you’re detail-oriented, quick, and love creating clean, engaging edits for IG, Facebook and YouTube—this could be for you!

Project Scope
Each project includes:

1 long-form video (Youtube) edited into:
2-3 engaging reels/shorts (30–90 seconds each)
1 Youtube thumbnail
2-3 Instagram thumbnail
We’ll provide the raw footage and creative direction; you’ll bring it to life.

Your Responsibilities:
Edit and clean long-form video to be posted on Youtube (basically just adding captions, and cutting errors).
Edit short-form content for Instagram and Facebook
Add on-brand captions (style reference will be provided)
Create clickable thumbnails for Instagram
Deliver videos in the correct format, resolution, and aspect ratio for each platform
Submit the finished project on time, with the option for minor revisions if needed

We're aiming to complete 1-2 projects a week (1 Youtube video, 1 Youtube Thumbnail, 2-4 reels for IG & FB with 2-4 Thumbnails).

Requirements:
Experience in editing reels/shorts and social media videos
Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Descript, CapCut, or similar)
Strong attention to pacing, rhythm, and storytelling
Knowledge of social media trends and formats
Can commit to project-based work with quick turnaround times
Portfolio or samples are required

Rate & Payment
Per-project basis (~Php1,000 per 1 project)
