???? Hiring DM Setter – Fluent English, Fast Responder, KPI-Driven (Remote, US Hours)

We’re looking for a fluent English writer to join our team as an Instagram Direct Message (DM) Setter. Your role will be focused on high-volume outreach, sending over 70+ DMs per day to generate leads and start qualified conversations on Instagram.

???? Role Responsibilities:
Sending 50+ New DMs per day to inbound leads (new followers, likers, old followers, scripts & oversight provided) + Occasional outbound to meet KPI’s.

Respond quickly to inbound replies during U.S. business hours (EST or PST)

Follow up with prospects to qualify leads and drive call bookings

Track daily KPIs (conversations started, responses, calls booked, etc.)

Maintain professional, clear, and engaging written communication at all times

???? Requirements:
Fluent written English with excellent grammar and natural tone

Fast response time and ability to work during U.S. hours

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working toward daily volume goals

Organized and consistent with KPI tracking (we’ll provide templates)

Prior experience in DM setting, lead gen, or sales outreach is a strong plus

???? Compensation:
Hourly or fixed rate depending on experience and platform norms
Bonus opportunities based on performance and call bookings

Base: $200 USD a month
Performance Bonus: $5–$25 per booked call that shows up
