The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from pre-arrival to post-check-out. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and acts as a liaison between guests and support teams to ensure all needs are met with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations & Support
Serve as the primary contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries through various channels (Airbnb,
Coordinate smooth check-in/check-out processes and ensure guests have all relevant information.
Issue Resolution & Communication
Troubleshoot guest issues (e.g., A/C, Wi-Fi, key access) and coordinate solutions with cleaning, maintenance, and building teams.
Communicate building notices, service disruptions, or repair schedules to affected guests in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with support teams for Maintenance and contractor scheduling
Quality Control & Presentation
Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance, and property teams to ensure apartments are clean, functional, and guest-ready.
Maintain knowledge of each property’s layout, appliances, quirks, and nearby amenities to assist guests accurately.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain accurate guest records, reports, and daily handovers
Coordinate with tea
