Responsibilities:
- Responding to daily customer inquires via email
- Servicing customers daily by updating their accounts through Shopify
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 6 months retail and/or online customer service experience
- Shopify experience is an advantage
- Education: College Diploma or University Degree
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient user of all Microsoft Office tools
- Proficient user of all Google Drive tools
