Social Media Manager/ Virtual Assistant

Video Editor & Virtual Assistant (Luxury Travel & Wellness Brand)
We’re looking for a creative and organized Video Editor & Virtual Assistant to join our team! If you’re passionate about storytelling through video and love staying on top of social media trends—especially in the travel and wellness space—this role is for you.

?What You’ll Do:
Primary Focus – Video Editing & Content Creation (70%)
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube
- Add captions, transitions, music, and effects that match our brand vibe
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short clips
- Optimize videos for each platform (aspect ratios, formats, lengths)
- Create branded templates (intros, outros, CTAs) for consistent content
- Stay up-to-date with video trends to keep our content fresh and relevant

Secondary Focus – Virtual Assistant Tasks (30%)
- Upload and schedule content using tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
- Help manage email and calendar tasks
- Organize content folders and digital assets (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
- Conduct light research (trending travel topics, hashtags, captions)
- Support basic client engagement (DMs, emails, etc.)

Skill Requirement:
- 1+ years of video editing experience (portfolio required)
- Skilled in CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and content scheduling tools
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Passion for luxury travel, wellness, and social media trends
- Bonus: Experience creating content for travel or wellness brands
