Role:
We’re launching a short-term recruitment campaign to hire reliable Filipino tea
Responsibilities:
Identify where active Filipino job seekers interact online (e.g., VA groups, job boards,
Reach out, post, and share in relevant spaces with proper tone and professionalism
Help screen or pre-qualify applicants if needed
Report on outreach activity and applicant flow
Requirements:
Must have prior experience working with U.S.-based employers or clients
Familiarity with U.S. business culture and expectations
Deep familiarity with Filipino VA networks and communities
Great communication and follow-up skills
Honest, organized, and results-oriented
Able to start immediately and commit for the duration of the campaign
