Full-Time Graphic Designer for DTC Brands – $1,000/mo Retainer + Performance Bonuses

Description:
We’re a growing e-commerce team behind multiple 7-figure DTC brands—and we’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who’s not just talented, but also deeply aligned with our vision and ready to grow with us.
This is not a one-off project. We want someone who can become an essential part of our creative team, contribute ideas, and help bring our visual identity to life across everything from ads to packaging.
???? What You'll Be Working On:
Product packaging & mockups (boxes, tubes, roll-ons, labels)


Performance-driven ad creatives for Facebook/Meta, TikTok, and YouTube


Landing page visuals, icons, banners, and on-brand illustrations



Email graphics, eBooks, and social media content


Brand identity assets for new and existing product lines


???? What We’re Looking For:
Strong portfolio with e-commerce and DTC brand experience


Deep understanding of design for performance (not just pretty, but strategic)


Fast turnaround times and ability to take feedback without ego


Bonus if you have motion/animation skills or experience designing UGC-style ads


You’re a team player who actually cares about the brands you design for


???? Compensation:
$1,000/month retainer


250$ BONUS if you create a winning ad (That matches KPI) + 500$ Bonus if you create ad on your own.
