As our agency continues to grow, we are seeking a highly reliable and experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to take full ownership of the student visa application process.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Review and prepare student visa applications for Australian immigration.

Ensure all documents comply with legal and immigration regulations.

Liaise with students to gather necessary information and follow up on missing documents.

Maintain records and ensure applications are submitted accurately and on time.

???? Who We’re Looking For:
Over 38 years old, with a mature and responsible approach.

Legal background or studies in Law / Migration / Compliance (required).

Previous experience handling legal or immigration profiles.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility for outcomes.

Long-term commitment — we are looking for someone to grow with us for at least 3 years.

???? Ideal Candidate:
Has previously worked with Australian student visa applications.

Understands the Genuine Student (GS) and GTE requirements.

Is proactive, thorough, and communicates professionally.

Is tech-savvy and familiar with digital document handling and CRM tools.
