We’re a growing home improvement and contracting company based in New Jersey, doing most of our work in New York. Our projects range from residential renovations and handyman jobs to remodeling, repairs, and light plumbing/electrical. As we scale, we’re looking for a highly dependable and resourceful virtual assistant to help us stay organized, efficient, and professional.
Job Description:
We are looking for a flexible, part-time Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English and comfortable handling a wide range of administrative and research tasks. The main focus of this role is research and sourcing, but we’d also love help with:
Email
Calendar and job scheduling
Customer support
Invoicing & estimates
Project tracking
Procurement/order follow-up
Researching tools, materials, and vendors
Eventually: calling leads and setting up walkthroughs

Open to adding new tools that help you do your job better
Working Hours:
Part-time and flexible
Ideally available to respond to messages within 24 hours
Weekly Zoom check-ins (1x/week)
Opportunity to expand into full-time if we’re a good match
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills — must be proactive and ask questions
Reliable internet connection
Trustworthy and honest — you will track your hours and tasks daily
Curious, kind, organized, and open-minded
Comfortable working with a growing, evolving business
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Experience with contractors/construction industry
Experience with research, procurement, or CRM systems
Familiarity with tools and systems that help streamline business operations
