Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Engagement Strategist (Remote)

Location: Philippines (Remote)

About the Role:
We’re a digital marketing agency managing multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. We're looking for a Social Media Engagement Strategist to help our clients grow by boosting visibility, building relationships with followers, and executing daily engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with target audiences through likes, comments, story replies, and DMs
Research hashtags, competitors, and trending accounts to identify engagement opportunities
Follow/unfollow strategies and community interaction to grow accounts
Monitor inboxes and respond to comments/messages as needed
Support the team with performance tracking and reporting engagement insights
Suggest new ideas or strategies for improving client engagement and visibility

Requirements:

Prior experience with social media engagement or community management
Strong written English and communication skills
Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok features and trends
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing engagement for multiple brands
Experience using tools like Notion, Loom, or Trello is a plus
