Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant – AI, Automation, Lead Generation, Customer Support

We’re looking for a highly tech-savvy Virtual Assistant/Lead Generation Ninja based in the Philippines to support our leadership team and help drive growth.

You love working with AI, building automation, and streamlining processes—but you’re also comfortable handling day-to-day business operations like customer support, email management, and CRM upkeep.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Outreach
• Research and identify qualified prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ---------- , and ----------
• Enrich, validate, and manage lead data in our CRM (Clickup)
• Support outbound campaigns and ensure high email deliverability

Automation & AI
• Build and maintain workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable, and Google Workspace
• Use AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to create templates, process improvements, and enhance productivity
• Continuously identify opportunities to eliminate manual tasks and optimize processes

Executive & Administrative Support
• Manage executive calendars, inboxes, travel arrangements, and follow-ups
• Prepare reports, presentations, and research briefs
• Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to support C-level executives

Customer Support & Email Management
• Respond to inbound emails and customer inquiries with professionalism and speed
• Handle customer support requests and coordinate solutions with internal teams
• Maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring clean, organized data and clear communication records

Who You Are
• Based in the Philippines with reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps+ recommended)
• 5+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Customer Support/Lead Generation Specialist
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ---------- , and CRM tools
• Comfortable with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
• Bonus: experience with basic coding (Python, JavaScript) or API integrations
