Virtual/Marketing Assistant

We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant to support the business side of Revival Medicine. This person will play a critical role in helping us grow our online presence, engage with patients, and manage essential tech and marketing workflows that we are STRUGGLING with . You should be comfortable with both creative design and technical systems, especially in the wellness or medical space. Revival Medicine is a concierge medical practice that focuses on hormone therapies for menopause, perimenopause, weight loss, longevity.

???? Responsibilities:
Mailchimp Setup & Automation:

Create and manage email automations, campaigns, and newsletters

Set up segmented lists, triggers, and flows for lead magnets and new patients

Integrate Mailchimp with booking and landing pages

Social Media Support:

Schedule and publish content on Instagram and Facebook

Assist with hashtags, captions, post formatting, and engagement strategies

Repost reels, edit short-form videos, and design stories using Canva

Canva Design & Brand Collateral:

Create professional marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital guides)

Design webinar slide decks and branded educational materials

Maintain brand consistency using Revival Medicine’s fonts, colors, and style

Patient & Business Follow-Up:

Help send follow-up messages or reminders to patients after visits

Assist in reaching out to referring partners or wellness businesses

Track outreach and keep organized notes for follow-up

Website & Landing Page Support:

Assist with creating simple, clean landing pages (in Canva, Mailchimp, or other tools)

Ensure seamless Mailchimp and calendar/booking integrations

Special Projects:

Help prepare promotional campaigns (webinars, workshops, challenges)

Coordinate email and social materials for new offerings

Support backend setup for digital resources and events

? Ideal Candidate:
Experience with Mailchimp (or similar CRM/email platforms)

Proficient in Canva (especially for social, print, and slide deck design)

Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and simple video editing tools

Basic knowledge of landing pages, booking tools, and automated email flows

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Warm, professional communication style that aligns with Revival’s tone

Bonus: background in women's health, wellness, functional medicine, or similar
