Facebook Media Buyer - Lead Generation (part-time)

Work from anywhere | U.S.-based team | Arizona business hours (9AM–5PM GMT-7)

Ad Genius, a full-scale digital marketing agency in Phoenix, AZ, is hiring a results-driven Media Buyer to help us grow lead generation campaigns across Facebook Ads and other platforms. Experience with Google Ads is a plus. This part-time role is perfect for someone who can own campaign setup, pixel tracking, creative testing, and performance optimization across multiple client accounts.

You’ll manage strategy and execution for Facebook Ads, install and verify the Meta Pixel, build lookalike audiences, and monitor CPL and ROAS metrics—all while testing and refining high-performing creative.

Who we’re looking for:

2+ years running Facebook lead gen campaigns
Skilled in Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution setup
Can design creatives in Canva, CapCut, etc.
Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel, WordPress, email marketing, or Google Ads
Must work directly (no agencies or ghost teams)
