Full-Time | Remote | Pacific Time Hours | Long-Term Role

We are a luxury short-term rental company based in San Diego, California, looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Specialist to manage daily operations across multiple booking platforms.

This is a remote, full-time role. You must be available to work during U.S. Pacific Time business hours (PST/PDT).

? What You’ll Be Doing
Manage listings on Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- , Expedia, Hotwire, Hopper, FurnishedFinder, etc.
Use Guesty for calendar syncing, automated messaging, reviews, maintenance tickets, guest coordination
Answer guest inquiries, calls, and messages with professional and friendly communication
Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and other service providers
Handle issues quickly and professionally (late check-ins, complaints, change requests, etc.)
Help create and improve systems to streamline operations
Supervise or assist other virtual staff when needed
???? What We’re Looking For
Strong experience managing short-term rentals and using Guesty (required)
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Confident phone skills with U.S. guests
High attention to detail and time management
Must have VPN access, a U.S.-based phone number, and WhatsApp for international guest communication
Must be comfortable working independently with little supervision
Willing to take initiative and solve problems as they come up
Spanish speaking is a bonus

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Must work Pacific Time (PST/PDT) hours
Occasional weekend or after-hours support as needed (rare)
