JOB OVERVIEW

Happy Hearts ABA is seeking for a critical operational role in our company. This is not a passive support position. We are looking for someone who is naturally outgoing, highly organized, and confident speaking with American families and professionals. You will be the main point of contact for families receiving autism therapy services, and your ability to coordinate effectively will directly impact the care we provide to children.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Fluent spoken and written English with a strong, clear American accent. You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally on the phone and in writing with families across the U.S.

* Strong understanding of American tone and culture. You need to know how to speak warmly, professionally, and appropriately.

* Very outgoing and people-oriented. You must enjoy constant communication and be energized by interacting with others.

* Genuinely caring. This is a position that directly supports families of children with autism. Compassion and emotional maturity are essential.

* Extremely organized and detail-oriented. You will be managing multiple cases, deadlines, and moving parts at once. Precision matters.

* Self-motivated and proactive. You must take full ownership of your responsibilities, follow through without being reminded, and keep things moving.

This is not a task-based job. It’s a dynamic operations role that requires strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

* Serving as the main point of contact for families once their child is evaluated
* Coordinating with internal departments (recruitment, scheduling, clinical) to ensure each case launches smoothly
* Tracking timelines for treatment plans and reauthorizations
*Managing daily communication with families about scheduling or case updates
*Monitoring attendance, enforcing company attendance policies, and working with families and staff to ensure compliance
*Proactively coordinating make-up sessions when hours are missed
*Maintaining internal trackers and staying on top of every open case
*Escalating delays or roadblocks to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers

ROLE DETAILS:
*Remote, full-time position based in the Philippines
*Must be available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM U.S. Eastern Time
