Grant Writing Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Compensation: $6-$12 a/hr (based on experience)
Hours: Flexible, ideally 10-30 hours/week to start

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Grant Writing Assistant to help us stay organized, efficient, and ready to win more grants that change lives.

What You'll Do
Research grant opportunities based on client or program fit

Assist in drafting sections of proposals (narrative, organizational background, budget justification)

Organize grant calendars and submission deadlines

Format, edit, and proofread grant applications and attachments

Create templates, update funder databases, and assist with LOIs

Coordinate with the lead grant writer to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Ideal Candidate
Strong written English and editing skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter

Experience in grant writing, research, or nonprofit development (preferred but not required)

Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Airtable, or Notion

Able to follow brand voice and writing tone (warm, professional, equity-focused)
