Hiring Airbnb Host Property Manager Able to Work California Time

We’re managing a growing portfolio of monthly furnished rentals in California—leased primarily to traveling professionals, insurance clients, and corporate placements. We’re not looking for an Airbnb co-host. This is a true operations and leasing role—with real estate workflows, platform coordination, tenant screening, and maintenance follow-up.

We’re looking for someone sharp, fluent, and detail-oriented who can manage daily property operations like a machine and communicate with both tenants and contractors professionally.


What You’ll Actually Be Doing:


• Handling listing and lead management across platforms like Zillow, Redfin, ---------- , Facebook Marketplace, and Furnished Finder
• Screening potential tenants, responding to inquiries, scheduling virtual showings.
• Managing leases, deposits, and renewals (we have templates, but you need to be organized)
• Coordinating maintenance requests and dispatching local contractors. Write 00 in your reply so i know you're detailed.
• Ensuring move-ins, move-outs, cleaning, and turnovers are completed on time
• Communicating directly with tenants, vendors, and ownership—always with clarity and urgency
• Keeping calendars, spreadsheets, and CRMs up to date (we use Notion, Google Sheets, and other tools)


Our current VA is about to have a baby and I want her to conserve her strength and energy.
