Qualifications
Required:
Home care sales, account management or general sales experience
Home care or related industry experience (such as home health)
Demonstrates a "growth mindset," with a proactive attitude towards learning and improving skills, coupled with a strong sense of personal responsibility and initiative in achieving goals.
Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
Bachelor’s degree, proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional appearance and character
Desired:
Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
Flexible - responds well to changing priorities and conditions within an ever evolving environment
Eager to listen intently and probe into points of interest
Your Day to Day Activities
The advisor is responsible for building relationships with clients, referring physicians, facilities and hospitals. They are also expected to provide further growth and success by fulfilling the following tasks:
· Meet quarterly targets for number of conversions and close clients
· Lead management
· Generate leads through active account management
· Review stats and create strategy to improve goals
· Perfect and utilize Tender Sales Process to close clients for Home Care
· Call both referral sources and clients to generate sales for Home Care
· Manage social media sites and accounts to generate qualified leads
· Document sales activities, referral sources, and manage leads using Tender’s Marketing Process
· Act as an advisor to clients on current care resources and options
· Complete agency sales processes
· Work with other departments to ensure proper client care and services
Salary starting at $1000/month + commission
