Full-Time - WordPress & Elementor Website Manager (SEO, Content, VA, Analytics & Social Media)

Job Description:

We're looking for a full-time digital partner to manage and grow the online presence of our architecture and BIM studios: ---------- and ---------- .

This is not a freelance or short-term role. We need someone who can become our right hand across all digital tasks — from building and maintaining modern WordPress sites to managing content, SEO, social media, analytics, and day-to-day digital operations. You’ll be a key part of our team, helping us grow and maintain a high-quality, trustworthy online brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor

- Focus on mobile-first design, speed, and user experience

- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and technical SEO

- Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4) and performance reporting

- Write and publish blog posts, service pages, and portfolio updates

- Create and manage basic visual content (Photoshop, Canva)

- Set up and manage a calendar/booking system integrated with our agenda

- Provide virtual assistant support for operational digital tasks

- Manage and grow our social media presence (mainly LinkedIn & Instagram)

- Create and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and build our online brand

- Continuously suggest and implement improvements for performance and UX

Work Structure:

- We’ll have a short meeting every Monday morning to review the week. Together we will:

- Define your main tasks and supporting tasks

- Discuss priorities and expectations

- Set clear goals for what should be finished by the end of the week

- You’ll work independently during the week and check in when needed. We value structure, clarity, and initiative.

Ideal Qualifications:

- Strong experience with WordPress + Elementor

- Solid understanding of SEO (on-page & technical)

- Confident with Google Analytics (GA4) and performance insights

- Skilled in mobile-first design and optimization

- Experience with content creation and blog writing

- Graphic editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)

- Able to set up and manage social media content and strategy

- Proactive, organized, and communicative

- Fluent in English
