Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for prospecting new leads, qualifying homebuyer interest, and scheduling presentation meetings with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, well-organized, and passionate about helping individuals and families achieve homeownership.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and respond to inbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with potential homebuyers.

Qualify prospects based on interest, readiness, and eligibility criteria.

Set up and manage appointments for virtual or in-person presentations with our housing specialists or sales team.

Maintain accurate and detailed client records using our CRM system.

Build and nurture relationships with leads throughout their homebuyer journey.

Collaborate with the internal team to track lead pipeline and report performance metrics.

Stay informed about our programs, new home inventory, financing options, and market updates across Florida.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must.

Prior experience in real estate, mortgage, housing counseling, or construction sales is a strong plus.

Comfortable making cold and warm calls to prospects with professionalism and empathy.

Ability to work independently and meet outreach and meeting goals.

Strong organizational skills and experience using CRM or sales tracking tools.

Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet remote working environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with affordable housing programs or first-time homebuyer assistance.

Experience working with nonprofit developers or community housing initiatives.

Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a bonus, but not required.
