Guest Experience Specialist

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Togethere Vacation Rentals, is looking for a Guest Experience Specialist who is excited to join a fast growing vacation rental management company with properties in the United States. We provide guests with memorable experiences in our premium properties. The position is full time with plenty of projects to complete. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a growing company and loves the hospitality industry.

You'll be having phone conversations with US based travelers, so clear English communication is one of the most important requirements for this position. You will be required to submit a video in the application process as well as video interview for final round, so please only apply if you're very confident in your english abilities.

The other hard requirement is that you have had work experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, or another vacation rental or hotel guest facing role. If you do not have any work experience with any of the above, do not apply.

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE WORK YOU'LL BE DOING
-Respond to Inquiries immediately, giving guests a clear response about whether they can or can’t book a stay with us
-Respond to guest messages/calls immediately ensuring guests feel personally taken care of.
-Ensure guests are appropriately reviewed from our business, good or bad
-Manage guest rental agreements ensuring complete before check-in
-Manage the cleaning and inventory
-Review cleaning schedule on a daily and weekly basis
-Verify cleaners arrive by 12:00pm PST
-Review photos from cleaners to ensure property is complete
-Manage inventory of consumables and reorder when needed
-Update house manuals, digital guides, and listing descriptions to reflect seasonal or property-specific changes
-Coordinate property damages, deposits, and damage claims
-Work cross-functionally with our local ops team to escalate urgent guest or maintenance needs in real time.
-Manage new listing creation and updates (Airbnb, Vrbo, Hospitable)
-Document systems and processes, and automate as much as possible.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
-At least 1 year of guest communication experience in the hospitality industry (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, etc.)
-At least 1 year of Client VA experience
-Very strong written and spoken English language
-Ability to create and follow detailed SOP documents
-Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms like Slack, Zoom, Hospitable, Google Drive

This role will also utilize the following tools, so previous knowledge or experience with them is a plus:
-PriceLabs
-Notion
-Hospitable
-Airbnb
-Vrbo

HOURS AND PAY
-Expectation is Thursday-Monday 10-7PM US Pacific Time with 1 hour break (Friday-Tuesday 1am-9am PHT)
-You will be required to track your hours. Minimum of 35 hours per week & maximum of 50 hours per week.
-Will receive pay on 1st at 15th of the month (after you submit your time log)

COMMITMENT - We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations of potential growth in the company. We are currently a small team so there are potential opportunities for other roles in the future as we grow. If you are just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.

DESIRE TO LEARN - We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on projects. If you are not comfortable learning something new or asking for help then this is not the job for you.
