Remote CMO / Head of Growth for Fast-Growing Amazon Brand (Long-Term Role)

We’re an ambitious U.S.-based eCommerce brand selling on Amazon, growing fast — and now we’re looking for a growth-driven CMO to lead our entire marketing operation.

This is not a basic PPC role.
We’re looking for someone who thinks like a brand owner, understands full-funnel growth, and knows how to drive results from ads, content, strategy, and data.

If you’ve helped take brands from $0 to $100K+ per month — this is for you.

What You’ll Own:
• Build and execute our full growth strategy (PPC, SEO, organic ranking, content)
• Manage and optimize Amazon campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
• Develop keyword, positioning, and content strategies using Helium 10 / DataDive
• Lead listing optimization (titles, images, A+, backend terms)
• Track performance, run reports, improve based on numbers
• Support external traffic plans (influencers, ads, email, landing pages)
• Make sure sales grow every single week — with a smart, data-based plan

You’re the Right Fit If:
• You’ve led growth for Amazon brands and can prove it (with numbers or screenshots)
• You’ve worked in or with marketing agencies, managing multiple accounts
• You think strategically, but also execute and get things done fast
• You understand conversion psychology and what makes products sell
• You’re great with English copywriting and storytelling
• You take full ownership — not just waiting for tasks

Required Tools & Skills:
• Amazon Seller Central (expert level)
• Helium 10, DataDive, or similar
• Google Sheets / Excel (analytics + structure)
• Fluent written English
• Bonus: Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, TikTok, Google Ads

Salary:

$1,500–$2,500/month
• Performance-based bonuses
