Role Overview
As our GoHighLevel Specialist & Outreach VA, you’ll own our white?label GHL platform setup and execution, while driving our cold???email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. You’ll work closely with our team to:

GHL Account & Pipeline Management

Configure and maintain white?label GHL sub?accounts for multiple clients

Build and optimize opportunity pipelines, stages, and automation workflows

Design and launch GHL funnels and landing pages


Automation & Integrations

Create multi?step automations (triggers, actions, conditions) for lead capture, follow?up, and nurture

Integrate GHL with Instantly (or other outreach tools), Calendly, and Google Workspace


Cold Outreach Campaigns

Source and verify prospect lists; segment audiences for targeted messaging

Set up and manage cold???email sequences in Instantly (or similar) with A/B testing

Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and manage follow?up cadences

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in GHL CRM


Monitor key metrics (open rates, reply rates, pipeline velocity) and optimize accordingly

SOP Development & Training

Document every new process and automation as clear, step?by?step SOPs

Train other VAs on GHL workflows and outreach best practices

Must?Have Qualifications
1+ years working hands?on in GoHighLevel (white?label account setup, funnels, automations)

Proven experience with cold???email automation tools (Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist) and LinkedIn outreach

Strong written English for crafting personalized email and LinkedIn messages

Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zapier or ---------- integrations

Reliable high?speed internet, webcam, and headset for video calls

Self?motivated, proactive, and highly organized

Nice?to?Have Skills

Basic HTML/CSS for customizing GHL landing pages

Prior agency or client?facing experience
