Meta Ads Static Ad Designer + Copywriter

We’re looking for a Meta static ad designer. You should have experience with direct response copywriting and have good experience doing customer and market research. You must also be sufficient in figma and be able to make designs.

You should be comfortable working within a fast-moving pipeline and delivering on quick timelines. A strong understanding of direct response principles is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Customer research
- Market research
- Competitor research
- Sourcing best reviews based on winning ad angles from our bank of 3k+ reviews
- Ideation skills
- Execution skills with figma

You must be able to own the whole process from start to scratch. Please do not reach out if you don't have sufficient creative strategy and performance marketing skills.

We are looking for someone to join our team full time, we are 10+ people and lead the static ad department, helping us increase overall ad account performance by improving the bottom of funnel of our funnel by making social proof statics and objection handling statics.

We are looking for someone who is hungry, fast and takes initiative.
