Marketing Assistant

I’m seeking a reliable, resourceful, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help with tasks related to launching a mystery novel. This is a part-time, remote position starting at 10–15 hours per week with the potential for more.

You will assist with:

Recruiting and organizing beta readers

Managing responses using Google Sheets, email, and StoryOrigin

Posting in Facebook groups, Reddit, and book forums

Helping organize launch tasks and light book promotion

Optional: Creating basic social media posts (if experienced)

Requirements:

Strong English communication

Organized and self-motivated

Experience with Gmail, Google Sheets, and social platforms

Prior VA experience preferred, especially in books/writing/marketing

Preferred (not required):

Familiarity with StoryOrigin, Goodreads, or email tools

Canva or basic design experience

Pay:
Starting at $4–$5/hour, paid weekly via Wise or PayPal. Performance-based increases possible.
