About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for an exceptional freelance graphic designer to join us on an ongoing basis. This isn’t a role for someone who needs hand-holding. We’re looking for a designer who can take our ideas, run with them, and deliver visuals that make us say, “WOW.”

What You’ll Be Designing:
• PowerPoint decks that don’t look like PowerPoint
• Client guides, brochures, and info packs
• Social media graphics (mostly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Website mockups and landing pages
• Logos and sub-branding elements
• Email signatures, banners, and brand assets
• And anything else that brings our brand to life visually

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You:
• Have 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably working with modern, professional brands
• Are highly creative, self-motivated, and can take a rough concept and turn it into a polished masterpiece
• Have a portfolio that speaks for itself – bold, beautiful, conversion-focused design
• Know how to design for print, web, and digital
• Can handle multiple tasks and work with minimal guidance
• Think like a marketer and a brand strategist, not just a designer
• Bonus points if you have UX/UI experience and can use Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

Tools You Should Know:
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Canva (Pro)
• PowerPoint
• Figma / XD / Web design tools (for mockups and LPs)

Work Style:
• Freelance, project-based, with potential for ongoing monthly retainer work
• We work in AEST (Queensland time) but are flexible with timezone overlap
• Must be responsive, communicative, and take pride in your work
• Open to long-term collaboration with increasing scope as trust builds
