Senior Loans Processor – Australian Mortgage Top $$ Paid

We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Loans Processor to join our remote team and support our brokers by managing the end-to-end processing of residential home loans.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after a experienced professional with deep Australian mortgage processing experience who can hit the ground running. You’ll be working with an energetic, passionate team that loves what they do – and we’re looking for someone who shares that same spark.

This is not a junior role. You must be confident in managing full loan files independently and liaising with brokers, lenders, and some clients. You’ll be supported by other admin and junior tea ---------- mbers, but this role requires someone who knows their stuff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end processing of residential home loans (PAYG and self-employed)
• Prepare and review loan applications for accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with lenders, brokers, and clients to ensure smooth approval and settlement
• Submit applications through loan platforms (e.g. ApplyOnline, Saletrekker)
• Follow up with banks and lenders to ensure timelines are met
• Ensure all supporting documentation is collected and compliant
• Maintain CRM notes and update workflow status throughout the loan journey
• Provide updates to brokers and clients proactively
• Potential to train and mentor junior tea ---------- mbers as we scale

Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Australian mortgage loan processing (must-have)
• Strong understanding of Australian lender policies and documentation requirements
• Familiarity with platforms like ApplyOnline, and Salestrekker (not essential), Quickli and bank portals
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fast learner, reliable, proactive, and well-organised
• Positive attitude and team player mindset

Working Hours:
• Full-time remote
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST (QLD time)
