Short Form Video Editor / Video Motion

I’m looking for a talented motion designer / animator to create short-form animated videos (30–60 sec) similar to modern, clean styles used on LinkedIn, Instagram and social platforms. These videos should be:

• Fully custom animated (no stock b-roll)
• Strong text-based visual storytelling
• Minimalist, with creative transitions and kinetic typography
• Use of subtle sound design and music
• Style reference:

I’ll provide the script and creative direction. You’ll handle animation, sound, and delivery in short format (9:16).

Bonus if you:
• Understand social psychology or marketing content
• Use tools like After Effects, Premiere or something similar!
