We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper to support our daily operations. This remote position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will assist with scheduling, bookkeeping, renewals processing, online research, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily calendar and schedule appointments
Assist with processing and tracking renewals (contracts, subscriptions, licenses, etc.)
Perform light bookkeeping and reconciliation (e.g., using QuickBooks or similar software)
Conduct online research and sourcing as needed (e.g., vendors, services, pricing)
Input and manage data accurately in spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems
Organize files and maintain digital records

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative/bookkeeping support role
Familiarity with accounting/bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
