### **Role Summary**
As our Marketing Assistant, you will support the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies. You will play a key role in creating sales materials, managing digital content, supporting our online presence (particularly LinkedIn), and coordinating internal marketing tasks to enhance our visibility and credibility within the steel and construction sectors.

### **Key Responsibilities**
- ???? **Sales Enablement**
- Create and maintain presentations, brochures, product sheets, and technical guides
- Develop customized proposal templates and project portfolios
- Support the sales team with tailored client-facing materials
- ?? **Content Creation**
- Review and publish blog articles, case studies, and press releases
- Work with the team to gather content from past projects for marketing use
- Ensure all content reflects brand voice and technical accuracy
- ???? **Social Media Management**
- Plan and schedule LinkedIn posts to build industry authority and client trust
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Collaborate on visual content like project photos or behind-the-scenes reels
- ???? **Marketing Coordination**
- Assist in organizing trade show materials or digital campaigns
- Track metrics for campaigns and generate basic performance reports
- Maintain internal content library (images, videos, templates, brand files)

- Help keep the website updated with relevant content
- Help American Stalls team in content creation if needed and updating CRM data
- Research competitors and market trends
- Coordinate with external designers or freelancers if needed

### **Skills & Qualifications**
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing or a related field
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva or Adobe tools, and social media platforms
- Familiarity with the construction, industrial, or steel industry is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
