Telephone Interviewer

We’re a home care company based in England, looking for a confident, English-speaking VA to conduct telephone interviews with care staff applicants.

Your role will include:

- Calling and screening candidates
- Booking interviews
- Updating call records

You must speak and write English to a high standard, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable speaking on the phone. Recruitment or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Full training will be provided.
