Marketing Virtual Assistant

Stim Hair is an Australian hair care brand focused on proactive scalp health. We offer results-driven, luxury hair growth products and are trusted by hair restoration experts across the country.

We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts across Shopify, email, and social platforms. This role is flexible—open to part-time or full-time hours for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Your tasks may vary week to week and include:

- Creating, posting, and managing engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Setting up and monitoring email automations and flows (e.g., Klaviyo or similar)
- Optimising our Shopify website (product pages, SEO, landing pages)
- Writing and publishing SEO-optimised blog content
- Crafting compelling copy for social captions, product pages, emails, and ads
- Assisting with product launches and promotional campaigns

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or VA roles
- Proficiency with: Shopify, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads Manager, and email platforms.
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage
- Fast, reliable internet and your own laptop
