Manage full website migrations between hosting environments (manual or via tools like WP Engine Automated Migration)
Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices
Collaborate with project managers and designers to coordinate the design, development, and implementation of web projects
Contribute recommendations and technical input to help shape the direction of client solutions
Ensure all solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business requirements
Occasionally meet with clients directly to provide consultation and propose technical solutions
Requirements:
2+ years of experience developing WordPress websites, especially using Divi
Familiarity with Elementor, WPBakery, and/or Gutenberg
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic PHP
Strong understanding of WordPress backend, including plugins, themes, menus, and widgets

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Design experience or the ability to adjust layouts without full mockups
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce-related maintenance
Familiarity with hosting platforms like WP Engine or Digital Ocean
Comfortable using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Experience with other CMS platforms such as Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or Squarespace
