3D designer for 3D printing

I'm doing a 3D print and we made a 3D design and have the .STL file.

however the SLT 3D design has been made for the entire piece....

And I need each piece separate - for the arms, body, base, head, etc ,etc... not one big file...

need someone who can take this 3D design and change it into various parts.
