Moving from GHL to Systeme.io: need a GHL & sysyeme.io Funnel + Automation Spec

We’re looking for a highly skilled Go High Level (GHL) & ---------- Specialist to help us move from GHL to ---------- . After we move to ---------- , you will support and scale our digital operations. This is a long-term, part-time to full-time role for someone who can fully manage the tech stack behind a growing virtual business.

You’ll be responsible for building funnels, automations, membership areas, and workflows, with bonus points if you're also comfortable creating graphics and visual assets in Canva.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
SYSTEMS BUILDING
Build funnels, landing pages, and websites inside ----------

Set up and maintain automations and workflows (tags, triggers, internal notifications)

Configure booking calendars, reminders, and routing rules

Build email/SMS drip campaigns, automations, and follow-ups

Manage contact tagging and segmentation in CRM

MEMBERSHIP & COMMUNITY SETUP
Create and update courses or member areas

Upload video lessons, PDFs, and links to content

Set up access automation (grant/revoke based on payments, tagging, etc.)

Monitor member portal for broken links, login issues, and engagement

AUTOMATION & INTEGRATIONS
Use ---------- to connect tools and reduce manual work

Automate:

Abandoned forms or calls

Intake or application sequences

Task creation + lead follow-up reminders

Payment-triggered actions and access

TRACKING & MAINTENANCE
Set up form, funnel, and calendar tracking

Monitor email/SMS delivery, calendar performance, funnel conversion

Implement pixel and basic analytics tracking

Build or maintain KPI dashboards

DESIGN & VISUAL SUPPORT (BONUS)
Use Canva to create visual assets (social graphics, banner images, simple mockups, PDF covers, etc.)

Support with basic branding consistency inside funnel and membership designs

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
Proven experience in Go High Level (GHL) & ---------- : please include examples of funnels or automations you’ve built

Strong understanding of CRM structure, lead flows, tagging, and campaign logic

Familiarity with ----------

Bonus: Canva Pro experience for visual content

Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, you catch errors before we do

Great communicator, fluent in English, and quick to respond

Able to learn and document SOPs from your own builds

Comfortable with testing, troubleshooting, and improving workflows

POSITION DETAILS
Part-time to full-time (starting ~15–20 hrs/week, room to grow)
