JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a skilled Media Buyer to join our remote team! In this role, you'll take ownership of paid media campaigns across Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads, with the goal of driving results and optimizing performance. Experience with other channels (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) is a strong plus.

We’re looking for a proactive, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and is passionate about performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.)

Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance metrics and KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)

Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and offer strategic recommendations to improve performance

Stay up-to-date on digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates

Experiment with and test new channels and tools to expand acquisition efforts

Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads campaigns

Proven track record of performance-based results (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CAC)

Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads platform

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Available for at least 3 hours per day during U.S. business hours
