Now we’re looking for a highly motivated remote assistant to help us grow through social media outreach and online promotion.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Outreach & Promotion Assistant who will:

Search daily for new influencers or micro-creators on Instagram and TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, Forums (EU-based preferred)

Send personalized direct messages (DMs) to propose collaborations

Post branded content (links, images, discount codes, etc.) in relevant Telegram groups, Facebook groups, and online forums

Track all outreach activity in a shared Google Sheet (we provide the structure)

Organize influencer content and reposts in Google Drive

Help grow brand awareness through organic and creative community engagement

Send follow-up reminders to collaborators who haven't posted yet

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written English

Experience with Instagram/TikTok, Reddit Forums outreach or virtual assistant work

Familiarity with Telegram, Facebook groups, and forums

Structured, reliable and communicative

Google Sheets & Google Drive proficiency

Fast internet connection and availability via email/Telegram

WORK SCHEDULE:

8 hours per day, Monday to Sunday

Flexible working hours, as long as daily tasks are done

Long-term position (6+ months preferred)

SALARY & BONUSES:

Salary: 2.5$ per hour

Performance-based bonuses possible (e.g. per successful influencer collaboration)
