Business Marketing Specialist – Commercial Cleaning Industry

Clean Club Services is an ambitious and fast-growing commercial cleaning company based in Perth. We’re expanding aggressively into government, council, and high-value corporate cleaning contracts — and we’re looking for a smart, strategic, and driven Business Marketing Specialist to help us scale to the next level.

You won’t just be “running ads” — you’ll help position our brand to win tenders, grow our visibility in the right networks, and generate contract leads through smart targeting and relationship-building.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
• Researching and targeting tender portals, facility management companies, local councils, and government contract leads
• Managing and growing our presence on platforms like:
• TendersWA
• VendorPanel
• TenderLink
• Council and local government procurement sites
• Creating and executing marketing strategies to promote Clean Club Services across:
• LinkedIn
• Instagram
• Google Business
• Other relevant digital and networking platforms
• Building contact lists and sending introduction emails to:
• FM companies (Spotless, ISS, BGIS, etc.)
• Strata groups and property managers
• Councils and state departments
• Assisting with branding ideas and digital assets (e.g. landing pages, profiles, capability statements)

? Requirements:
• Experience in B2B marketing, procurement targeting, or tender sourcing
• Strong research and communication skills (especially for outreach to councils or FM firms)
• Confident using online platforms and tools (Google Sheets, Canva, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to think commercially — you understand we’re not looking for likes; we’re chasing contracts
• Self-driven and proactive — you’ll be working closely with the business owner, not micromanaged
