Towing Dispatcher (Remote – U.S. Based)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in towing or roadside dispatch

Reliable internet and consistent power (city power grid preferred)

Professional English – clear, confident, and respectful

Fast listener, quick decision-maker under pressure

Tech-savvy: able to have multiple screens for dispatch platforms, CRMs, and google maps

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working directly with the CEO and a small team

Team player with a growth mindset
